Foreign except Canada: All foreign order are shipped out via Global
Priority(Envelopes) or
Global Express(packages). This cost is added to your order.
Canada only: Catalogs only are charged $3.00. All other Canada orders get
charged the above
foreign cost.
COD: We accept NO COD orders.
Foreign orders: We accept only U.S. funds and if you are
mailing in your order,
use 10% of
total for Canada and all other foreign use 20% of total, plus
the above shipping
cost.
